With ‘Bäume und Häuser’ ALADlabs is present with works of one of its design units in Germany for the first time and guest at the prestigious Burg Galerie im Volkspark of Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design in Halle.

The exhibition puts on display a selection of works from the studio ‘Alberi e case / Trees and houses’. The different sections of the exhibition do not only invite to reflect on the prerogatives of environmental architecture, an architecture which can be found in the elementary and profound relationship between the built and vegetation. It does also present the unique attitude practiced at ALADlabs, characterized by an approach, which is fundamentally transversal, experimental and unconventional.

Projects in different or even opposite contexts, with degrees of definition relating to the relative scales of intervention are combined with a special attention to the design, as well as understanding of how things are done, how they can and should be built, how they connect and are held together. About how information can travel from one discipline to the next. Throughout the exhibition art, in its different forms, as well as music are constant ingredients.
